Since it's held in place by tension its strength is determined by how tightly you secure it, and how slippery or rough the floor and ceiling are, always use your best judgment when using it. If you've got a smooth ceiling and hardwood flooring you might want to think twice before swinging through the air. If you screw the ceiling plate into a wooden beam and tighten it hard on thick carpet, you can afford to go a little wilder with some burlier men.
